B. Problean Store’s Response to Infringement Notices
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Problean Store will:
✔ Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
✔ Notify the user whose content has been removed or disabled.
✔ Terminate repeat infringers and permanently revoke their access to Problean Store’s services.
C. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you have received a copyright infringement notice and believe that the removed or disabled content is not infringing, or that you have the legal right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent.
1. Required Information for a Counter-Notice
Your counter-notice must include the following:
✅ Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, including a description of where it was previously located on Problean Store.
✅ A statement under penalty of perjury, asserting that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or blocked by mistake or misidentification.

✅ A statement confirming that you: - Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your location or where Problean Store operates (for non-U.S. residents).
- Accept service of process from the original complainant.

D. Problean Store’s Response to Counter-Notices
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Problean Store may:
✔ Forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant.
✔ Restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless the complainant initiates a legal action to prevent restoration.
